Pre-release draft. Mythic City is in development for mobile. These proposed game terms need the publisher’s legal identity, address and support contact before they can become final purchase terms. This website does not accept payment or create a game purchase.
The game and its availability
Mythic City is a mythological city builder. Screenshots show the current development game; features, presentation, compatibility and release timing may change before the mobile version launches. Final store listings will identify supported devices, any connection requirements, age rating and the purchase price.
One purchase
The planned offer is the entire game for one fee, with no paid add-ons, hidden charges, premium gems or paid waiting timers. This does not remove the game’s simulated days, seasons, construction or travel time. Any price and applicable taxes must be clearly shown by the store before a purchase. No release date or price is promised on this website.
Your licence to play
Subject to the final purchase terms, a lawful purchase is intended to provide a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play the game on supported devices permitted by the relevant store account. The game and its original artwork, music and code remain the property of their respective rights holders. A purchase does not transfer those intellectual property rights.
Fair use
Do not redistribute or sell unauthorised copies, exploit the service to access another person’s information, disrupt hosting services, or infringe others’ rights. Nothing in these terms removes permissions or exceptions provided by applicable law.
Your cities and progress
The current browser game stores cities on the device and offers backup downloads. Keep backups of progress you want to retain. Clearing browser storage can remove local progress. Do not assume browser saves will transfer to the future mobile release unless that capability is expressly confirmed.
Purchases, refunds and consumer rights
When the mobile game becomes available, the store named at checkout will handle the transaction under its applicable payment and refund processes. Any consent required to begin immediate digital delivery must be obtained at purchase; merely browsing this site is not that consent.
Nothing here excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and as described, those rights continue to apply. Remedies can include repair, replacement or a price reduction or refund where the legal conditions are met. Contact the purchase platform and the publisher’s published support channel about a problem.
Updates and changes
Development versions may change as the game is improved. Final terms must explain support and update commitments at release. Changes to these terms cannot retrospectively remove mandatory rights or alter an existing purchase in a way that applicable law does not allow.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Mandatory protections and access to courts available to consumers in their place of residence remain unaffected. A governing law and publisher details will be specified in the completed release terms.
